Late update (October's purple project)
The week isn't over yet!

No eye candy this time though, I'm afraid, because my scanner is still not connected (working on that!)

I've got a tentative project of making drawings in purple all month this October, because October is Child Abuse Prevention month here, and the campaing uses pruple ribbons (rememeber when only aids and breast cancer had a ribbon?) Then I could make prints or something, and raise a money for my local Youth Center, which I know from personal experience does wonderful work with/for kids.

I'm an idealist...

The obligatory awkward first post
Back from my art periple, which has taken me respectively to Montreal in general, the Met in New York, and finally the CN Fan Expo in Toronto. Now that I'm safely home, time for this journal to take off. I figure while I was at the FanX, I handed out enough business cards with this address on them that I should probably, y'know, actually have something going on here.

No, honestly, I need the motivation, and I figure having a journal which I have to update regularly should help. So! I promise weekly updates featuring sketches, drawings, sneak previews into future projects, book and movie reviews, crazy art musings, and other such freebies. Enjoy!
